Join Our Team as a Mental Health Recovery Worker Location: Prestbury Road, Cheltenham Role available: Part-time, 28 hours per week. Our Gloucestershire service provides independent, high-quality housing for people with mental health needs. We offer emotional and practical support to help individuals manage day-to-day living, develop skills for independence, and achieve personal goals. By empowering people to build a meaningful life in the community—defined by them—we make a real difference every day. What I will do and achieve: Are you passionate about empowering people to live independently and achieve their goals? Working with an allocated group of tenants, you’ll support individuals experiencing mental ill health to promote independence and sustain tenancies.
