Develop great people and amazing products for television broadcast applications in a highly technical and dynamic environment. Trackman provides broadcast technology for the biggest sporting events in the world. Job Description We are looking for a technically strong and people-focused Team Lead. You will be the leader and manager of 8-12 application developers. You will be responsible for enabling these developers to deliver on our Broadcast project. You will work closely with a group of experts within mobile, web frontend, backend and cloud technologies. Together, you will build advanced systems that turn complex product requirements into actionable metrics and insights for our customers. You will be a key partner for our business owners and project managers, helping to shape the direction of the product. You will be reporting to the Head of Team Sports Application. The department is 50+ skilled developers responsible for software development from concept to customer value.
