Role overview: The base pay for this role is expected to be $300,000. The expected base was predicated on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. - The Schonfeld Family Office is seeking a highly organized, thoughtful and structured individual to serve as a research-driven thought partner across all aspects of the Principal’s business and personal activities, and long-term strategic initiatives - The position reports directly to the Principal and operates independently from the associated hedge fund operations - This individual should be self-sufficient in advancing multiple projects without significant day-to-day guidance while maintaining clear communication and structured updates - The mandate is intellectual partnership, research, organization, and structured strategic thinking.
