Department: 11598 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Patient Transport Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: - 7pm-7am - 2/2/3 rotating schedule Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 AirCare - EMT BLS Ground Transport (Winston-Salem Base) - Nights What you'll do: Functions as a member of the transport team and is responsible for the care of ill and injured patients, safe and efficient operation of the vehicle including maintaining the vehicles in mission ready status. Provides patient care while promoting safety and efficiency. Performs under the direct supervision of the Medical Control Physician, either by continuous radio contact or direct consultation. Maintains necessary certifications/licensures, skills, continuing education and complete competency checks as required. We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalency - North Carolina EMT certification required - 1 year experience driving emergency vehicles preferred - BLS required - Advocate Health approved driving course to be completed within 90 days of hire - Must have valid driver's license and qualify as insurable by Advocate Health insurance carrier requiremen...
