The Desktop Support Technician will, set up workstation equipment, assist computer users in the use of company software programs required for their workflow, and other duties as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up equipment for new users Keep PC’s up-to-date through operating system upgrades Evaluate and correct PC problems; hardware, software, connectivity, etc. Provide technical support for patient portal connectivity Provide connectivity support of Office365 for clinic users Monitor clinic printer toner levels and replace as needed Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.
