Manage senior stakeholders across the Group, mitigate risks, mentor team members and uplift delivery practices. Drive structured, incremental delivery across people, process and technology to deliver compliant, scalable payment solutions, applying strong governance and project management disciplines to achieve meaningful outcomes for the bank and customers.
