A Day in the Life: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible to support Manufacturing and NPD departments. This role will play a critical part in driving financial performance, cost control, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making across production and innovation activities. The position reports to the site finance lead, Switzerland. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Serve as a finance partner to Manufacturing, OPEX, and NPD management teams, acting as a bridge across organizations. - Collaborate closely with the OPEX team to identify and accelerate cost-saving opportunities across multiple workstreams. - Act as the site finance lead deputy. - Support the Tier 3 management level and participate in weekly gemba walks. - Partner with team members to develop and evaluate business cases supporting Capital investment opportunities. - Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses.
