SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Consumer Underwriting Manager, the incumbent is responsible for preparing complete loan packages of all residential loans including conventional and portfolio first mortgages, Government loans, Home Equity loans and Home Equity Credit lines, underwriting files within established guidelines, and ensuring that documents conform to established guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Will frequently interact with customers, realtors, attorneys, and builders to facilitate information exchange. Counsels branch personnel regarding financing alternatives within policy.
