Overview PURPOSE & IMPACT: Provides administrative support to the Supplier Assurance Team, including the management of systems and accurate maintenance of documentation to enable the smooth running of the team and its activities. Responsibilities: - Provide day to day management and maintenance of the Supplier Assurance Systems - Maintain up-to-date status of key documents including Approved Supplier lists, Audit Plan, Supplier Certifications, Procedures and other supplier assurance due diligence documentation - Produce ad-hoc and regular reports to support investigations, issue resolution and supplier management decisions, including the provision of technical data and trend analysis as required - Act as main contact point for the 3rd party Audit provider, liaising with both the Audit provider and Supplier Assurance Managers to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of the Audit Plan - Coordinate regular meetings with Audit provider, taking notes of the meetings including key decisions and actions - Maintain and update Supplier Assurance due diligence governance process as required - Support supplier onboarding and product launches by ensuring timely coordination and completion of S...
