This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: The Madison Club set outside of La Quinta, California. The Madison Club is seeking an Executive Chef to join the Food and Beverage Culinary Department. The Executive Chef will serve as the leader of the culinary department and will work closely with the culinary team and Food and Beverage team to create an efficient and effective operation. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu creation and development, while seeking out local vendors, artisans and farmers to establish relationships to incorporate local influences into the dishes. The Executive Chef will direct staffing, training, and evaluation of kitchen employees, and promote a cooperative working climate to maximize productivity and employee morale.
