In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with inpatient teams to identify, analyze, and address quality and safety issues, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of patient care. You will lead and support continuous quality improvement initiatives, driving measurable improvements and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization. This position will be specifically supporting our Maternity unit at Riley.
