Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedule We are looking for full-time and part-time NPs to provide coverage at Occupational Health clinics throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Position Overview: The Nurse Practitioner provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices. S/he coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. The Nurse Practitioner would be responsible for administering the following vaccines: Please note, we typically do not see pediatric patients. Adult only. Our History and Physical is a physical assessment and is not a comprehensive medical exam. Our H/P takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. The NP would also be responsible for implanting/reading Tuberculous Skin Test (TST). Provides Direction To : Licensed Practical Nurses, clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.
