POSITION OVERVIEW: ELB Learning is seeking a Deal Support Commercial Contracts Manager to help move customer transactions from commercial alignment to signed contracts. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial contracts professional who has worked on the sell-side within a legal or commercial contracts team and understands how enterprise deals get completed. You will guide the contracting process for ELB’s SaaS, professional services, and hybrid transactions by: Preparing and tailoring contract documentation using ELB’s legal-approved templates, forms, and playbooks Coordinating internal stakeholders: Identifying potential blockers early: Helping Sales navigate customer paper, procurement steps, and internal approvals This is not a lawyer role nor a passive contract administration role. We are looking for someone who has spent years supporting B2B sales teams, managing contracts as projects, and taking pride in getting deals closed while keeping terms workable and operationally realistic.
