The role: As a Visual Merchandiser at Massimo Dutti, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager , you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey. This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility , including evenings and weekends , with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
