The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technology solutions and procurement processes, with the ability to research, evaluate, and implement the best technology tools for a growing organization. How you will make an impact: Technology Research & Evaluation - Conduct in-depth research on current HR, TA, Payroll, and IT systems within the market. - Assess the needs of various departments and identify opportunities to enhance existing technology solutions. - Evaluate and recommend the best software, hardware, and IT systems that align with the organization’s objectives, growth goals, and budget.
