Mission Details We are seeking an International Business Developer to effectively represent IDEAL WORK in markets where the company does not have a direct presence. This individual will be responsible for growing IDEAL WORK’s business by identifying applicators and/or distributors capable of delivering high-quality projects. The International Business Developer must also have the ability to inspire architects and designers through presentations and site visits, persuading them to adopt IDEAL WORK solutions. The candidate should possess knowledge of construction site dynamics to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including architects, applicators, and end clients. This role requires a dynamic and empathetic person who can passionately communicate the value of decorative finishes to both architects and applicators. Sales and marketing in the design, furniture, lighting, and contract markets are essential. For this reason, we are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in the following sectors: sales of contract, decoration, lighting, furniture, and equipment for hotels, retail spaces, contract, and residential projects.
