About the Role For MD Business in Flender, we are searching for a Controlling Specialist. "Controlling & Commercial Specialist" to join our team located in Istanbul. As a Controlling & Commercial Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, closing activities, P&L and balance sheet analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes in line with global standards. What are my responsibilities?: What do I need to qualify for this job? - Prepare monthly financial reports, analyzing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS - Oversee the monthly closing process and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions - Support the annual audit process in coordination with auditors and the accounting team - Regularly monitor and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements - Conduct revenue and expense analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities and insight on financial performance - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting - Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports requested by management - Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Business Leaders to support decision-making...
