Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience Title: Physical Therapist, PT: Schedule: Per Diem (6 visits per week) Locations Available: Area #40 covering the cities of North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Glen, Valley Village, Van Nuys Paid Training: Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm in Woodland Hills Position Summary: Initially, a PT will evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education. Unlike a rehabilitation setting or even an outpatient clinic, unique emphasis is placed on safe mobility in and around the patient’s residence....
