IT Vendor & Contract Integration Lead (APM / EA Focus) IT portfolio discovery, vendor and contract integration, application rationalisation, and value realisation in an M&A environment. Summary: We are seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Integration Lead to own technology portfolio discovery, analysis, and transition planning during post‑acquisition integration. This role will be on a 6/12 Month FTC. This role focuses on building a high‑quality IT asset and vendor inventory, evaluating future‑state actions (merge, replatform, retain, decommission), and driving data‑backed decisions on cost, value, and risk. The role partners closely with business, technology, procurement, and M&A stakeholders to create executable roadmaps and ensure benefits realisation.
