Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off Basic Functions: - This is a role for a multi-skilled person who will be able to perform multiple different repairs - Most of which will be 1 to 2 day projects - Workload will be focused on drywall finishing/texturing & light carpentry Basic Requirements: - Personal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from residential job sites. - Personal smart phone. - High School Diploma or equivalent - Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a plus but not required - Key Skills - Highly Organized - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - High level Communicator - Aptitude in Microsoft office Evaluated On: - Quality of overall finished product - Timeliness of project completion - Customer Satisfaction as per the Net Promoter score - Productivity on a per job basis as measured by work order budgets Overall Duties Include: - Removing and Replacing Popcorn texture. - Skim Coating - Coating/Removing Knockdown texture and replacing - Hanging drywall - Patching drywall - Seam/joint repair - Interior painting, staining and finishing - Exterior painting and staining - Detaching/resetting light...
