Senior Counsel, Monetization Legal

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Counsel for a role within our Advertising & Marketing Legal Team, a commercial legal function within the wider monetization legal group that supports TikTok's ad revenue generating business. The team partners closely with the sales, marketing and ad policy teams and other cross functional and legal teams to structure and negotiate deals, advise on ad policies, suggest mitigations that reduce risk and unlock commercial opportunities, and deliver breakthrough advertising value without compromising trust. Our team is located across five main geographical regions supporting our local, regional and global sales, marketing and ad policy teams. This role will focus on supporting the team lead with priority projects to enable business growth and to create global alignment and streamline processes across the team to find efficiencies and to optimize the value delivered by the team at a global level.
