Your new role: As a Student Assistant in Digital, Data & IT, you'll support in maintaining and improving the technical systems that enable our commercial operations. This is more than IT support – you'll be problem-solving, automating processes, and directly supporting sales teams as they bring life-changing treatments to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Administering Windows Server components including Active Directory, IIS, and file shares to keep critical systems running smoothly - Supporting and troubleshooting FTP/SFTP transfers and scheduled jobs, monitoring logs and investigating transfer failures - Managing user access provisioning while following security best practices for keys and certificates - Writing simple runbooks and technical documentation that make processes clearer for everyone - Collaborating with business user...
