Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program or project management. - 10 years of experience in program or project management in a mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), design-build, or real estate development environment. - 5 years of experience in a leadership role Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field. - 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with data center equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, etc.) and a strong understanding of start-up/commissioning processes. - Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems. - Experience managing "owner's" teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls.
