Job Description As part of the Legal Department, you will work directly with the General Counsel and support the legal team on a broad range of strategic and operational matters in a fast-growing international industrial environment. This internship offers a highly formative in-house experience for an élève-avocat completing a PPI stage, with significant exposure to business, industrial, financing and governance issues. Your activities will include: Contracts & Business Affairs Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements: NDAs supplier and procurement agreements service agreements partnership agreements Assisting on responses to RFPs and major industrial projects Corporate & Governance: Assisting with day-to-day corporate law matters Preparing legal documentation relating to boards and shareholders’ meetings Maintaining corporate records and legal documentation Compliance & Regulatory: Assisting on compliance matters, including: ESG GDPR/data protection: export control internal policies and procedures Conducting legal monitoring and regulatory research Intellectual Property: Supporting trademark and brand protection matters Assisting on patent-related topics and coordination with...
