Job Title: Account Manager Location: Holborn Viaduct, Newly won contract, Brand new building Role Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services in line with contractual terms and conditions, meeting and exceeding client expectations while achieving BGIS commercial and operational objectives. The role is accountable for maintaining the availability and performance of critical building systems, ensuring minimal risk to the client’s business. All maintenance activities must comply with client requirements, BGIS policies, and health and safety legislation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction and develop contracts to expand scope and portfolio responsibility - Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from BGIS teams, subcontractors, and clients - Maintain full operational and financial ownership of contracts, ensuring P&L targets are met or exceeded - Lead and participate in internal monthly contract reviews with senior management - Ensure subcontractor compliance, documentation accuracy, and performance management - Deliver all contractually agreed KPIs and SLAs - P...
