The Inspector – Janitorial Operations is a frontline execution and quality assurance role responsible for verifying that daily janitorial/landscaping services are delivered in strict accordance with the Pritchard Operating Playbook, safety standards, and customer expectations. The Inspector provides disciplined, on-the-ground oversight through inspections, audits, safety observations, and detailed reporting—ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time operational visibility. While not responsible for staffing or corrective discipline decisions, the Inspector plays a critical role in identifying gaps, reinforcing standard work, and escalating risks quickly.
