POSITION: THRIVE CLINICAL SUPERVISORCLASSIFICATION CODE: EXEMPT FULL TIMEDEPARTMENT: THRIVE BIRTH TO FIVE SERVICESREPORTS TO: ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTORSTATEMENT OF JOB: The THRIVE Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision to behavioral health professionals, technicians, and paraprofessionals in the areas of assessment, appropriate level of care recommendations and treatment interventions, specifically with the birth to age 5 population. The THRIVE Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the THRIVE Program Manager, implements direct care services and provides oversight across different service settings, ensuring appropriate care is being provided in accordance with program contracts and requirements for children ages 0-5 and their families. Responsibilities include analyzing outpatient service needs, establishing clinical practice policy, managing, coordinating, and facilitating agency child, adolescent and family outpatient programs in the White Mountain Apache Tribe under the authority of Apache Behavioral Health Services.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.
