JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst reports to Senior QA Manager as part of the Solution Delivery-IT team, to develop well-defined test cases, lead and perform rigorous manual functional testing of the software to consistently deliver high-quality supply chain deliverables aligned with operational standards and business requirements. This role works closely and collaboratively with users from all At Home departments and is involved with all aspects of the corporate systems lifecycle including design, development, and support of the deployed solutions. This role focuses on identifying defects, validating workflows, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work closely with IT Management, Software developers, and business users to identify testing requirements for new systems and modifications to existing systems. Collaborate with SMEs, leadership, business stakeholders, internal and external partners, and QA team to drive strategic deliveries.
