Senior Finance Assistant | 10016 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week (P/T 0.6FTE or 0.4FTE possible) | £31,537 to £33,699 per annum pro rata (Scale G) | County Hall, Norwich We are looking for a full time Senior Finance Assistant to join the Education Funding section of the Budgeting and Accounting Team at Norfolk County Council. The role is split across two sections of the Education Funding Team: 0.6 FTE SEND Finance process funding allocations for children and young people with SEND in Special Schools & Alternative Provision and 0.4 FTE Early Years Finance administering Early Years funding payments. This could be a full time role, or 2 x part time (3 days or 2 days) The SEND Funding & Early Years Funding teams play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant allocation of funding that supports children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and children accessing Early Years provision.
