Manufacturing Electrical Engineer / Drilling Services

Job description

We're seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to provide electrical engineering support for our Wireline and Drilling Services product lines. In this role, you'll be programming Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Flying Probe equipment, troubleshooting PCBA’s and implementing process improvements to optimize PCBA production efficiency while maintaining cost-effective solutions and high-quality results. You'll be instrumental in solving complex technical challenges and leading the transition of new processes using Lean Manufacturing principles. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify root cause of PCBA failures by troubleshooting PCBA failures Design and develop manufacturing processes, equipment, and electrical systems to improve process capability, quality, and manufacturing readiness Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products, ensuring seamless integration Create and maintain BOMs and routings for newly released part numbers, updating them as processes evolve through Lean Manufacturing initiatives Design, develop, test, source, and cost-justify electrical tools, machinery, and equipment for enhanced manufacturing methods Identify and resolve production workf...
