About the Role Join our dedicated behavioral health team and escape frequent cancellations and high productivity demands. We are seeking qualified professionals to provide essential services to youth and young adults in a structured detention facility. Responsibilities for this full-time, 40-hour per week position include assessments, crisis response, and individual and group counseling. While flexible scheduling is possible based on facility coverage needs, the team operates 7 days a week. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and maintain a current licensure by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors or the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners (e.g., LGPC, LCPC, ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LCADC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C).
