The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to join our expanding team in our Charlotte or Raleigh, NC offices. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity to work on a variety of airport projects at multiple airports within North Carolina, from general aviation to large hubs. Role Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of complex airport projects. You’ll play a key role in business development, project execution, and client relationship management—while also helping to mentor junior staff within our Charlotte Aviation team. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and manage a variety of airport projects - Oversee design stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design - Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection - Lead and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary design teams - Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications - Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards - Maintain and gr...
