Hybrid role - Work in office Tuesday and Wednesday at Lewisville location. Must be local to DFW, Tx to be considered. As the Foreclosure Transaction Specialist I, you will report to the Manager of REO and will be responsible for managing and coordinating all duties and tasks within a portfolio of assets for clients through Auction/REO/Foreclosure/Short Sale services. About the role: Foreclosure Portfolio Management: - Manage and coordinate all foreclosure-related tasks within an assigned portfolio of assets - Oversee the disposition process of properties through auction, REO, foreclosure, and short sale services - Track and monitor property statuses throughout the pre-foreclosure and foreclosure phases to ensure timely execution - Work with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth foreclosure sales and transactions Client and Stakeholder Coordination: - Act as a liaison between clients, servicers, asset managers, attorneys, and investors regarding foreclosure transactions - Provide clients with updates on foreclosure timelines, auction schedules, and asset performance - Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, compliance, and auction teams, to align f...
