Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Risk & Control Management - Review, validate, and manage Risk and Control findings through to resolution, ensuring timely closure and comprehensive documentation. - Assume ownership and deep understanding of key control items, maintaining transparency and accountability across the team. - Ensure all risks and control breaks are identified, tracked, and transparently included in the technology roadmap. - Audit & Compliance - Prepare and manage internal audits, including evidence collection, stakeholder engagement, and remediation tracking. - Partner with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements. - Program Delivery & Roadmap Management - Run workshops with Product and Engineering teams to define, align, and prioritize deliverables for engineering review and estimation. - Collaborate with engineering leads to break down deliverables into technical epics and stories, building and maintaining a delivery roadmap based on business priorities. - Manage changes to the roadmap, proactively addressing internal dependencies and adapting to industry changes. - Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Capture and create trans...
