This hands-on role includes carpentry, painting, and general repair work that helps keep our campus safe, functional, and well-maintained. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Perform carpentry repairs, installations, and general maintenance across campus Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete projects accurately Repair and install doors, windows, hardware, flooring, ceiling tile, and fixtures Complete surface preparation and finishing work (painting, staining, sealing, patching) Perform minor drywall, plaster, wood, and masonry repairs Estimate materials and maintain tools and supply inventory Ensure quality work using measuring, leveling, and layout tools Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner Assist with material handling, deliveries,...
