About the Role: As a Senior Relationship Manager in Lending Services, you will be a key part of a team with responsibility for delivering against the Lending Services Purpose and Strategic Pillars – Customer Experience, Staff Experience, Trusted Advisor and Well Managed. You will manage a set of the Bank’s more complex high risk Agri customers – developing and reporting on workout and remediation strategies and managing provisions – all under the Well Managed framework. As a Trusted Advisor, you will share your experience with other members of Lending Services, the Business Unit and Risk.
