Overview This position will supports both departments by balancing administrative HR tasks—such as onboarding, scanning and employee records maintenance—with marketing duties like content creation, social media management, and event planning. This role aims to provide hands-on experience in employee relations, employer branding, and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Assists with new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and update employee databases. Drafts engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and the company website. Assists in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a college degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
