Accountable for establishing and enforcing the Crushing Product Management Operating Standard across the global portfolio, ensuring clear ownership, lifecycle management, profitability performance, and alignment to strategic growth objectives. 2. Lead Strategy, Roadmap & Lifecycle Management a. Own development and execution of short and long-term product roadmaps aligned to strategic pillars, including new product development, product enhancements, and lifecycle management to drive growth, installed base expansion, and aftermarket performance. 3. Institutionalize Voice of Customer & Market-Driven Growth a. Establish and enforce structured VOC processes translating field, dealer, and customer insights into validated roadmap actions, enabling diversification and expansion across mining, cement, aggregates, and industrial minerals. 4. Own Product Value, Competitiveness & TCO a.
