Helping People. Changing Lives. As a Housing Navigator, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Program, working directly with homeless individuals to help them secure stable housing. You will provide essential services such as assessments, referrals, assistance with housing applications, and transportation. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with landlords to increase housing opportunities and collaborate with multiple service providers to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field. - Or, an Associate’s Degree or completion of two years of college coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field, plus two (2) years of relevant work or volunteer experience. - Or, four (4) years of relevant work or volunteer experience in lieu of a degree. - Depending on the department assigned, a valid California driver’s license, a current DMV driving record, and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel.
