The Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for architecting the future of Ford’s manufacturing competitiveness. You will lead the Core IE team in a dual-mission mandate: executing a high-stakes strategic breakthrough to improve labor competitiveness while championing a culture of Servant Leadership, Lean Maturity, World-class efficiency and a "Ready for Anything" mindset. Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise-wide roadmap to achieve "Best in World" labor standards. Use competitive intelligence and global benchmarking to identify next-generation efficiency levers. Synthesize data from benchmarking, labor studies, and financial reports into clear, persuasive stories. Drive the evolution of Lean maturity within Global Manufacturing Engineering focusing on Daily Management and continuous improvement. Embody and coach the Ford OS behaviors. Lead with a Servant Leadership mindset. Foster an inclusive environment of continuous learning. Serve as the global business owner for the Global Study Process Allocation System (GSPAS).
