Job Details ChristianaCare is seeking a BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join our Center for Heart & Vascular Health. Join our team at The Center for Heart & Vascular Health at ChristianaCare, consisting of 26 cardiologists, 7 cardiac hospitalists, 3 cardiac intensivists and 21 advanced practice clinicians, in providing the highest-level care and treatments for cardiovascular diseases. Position Highlights: ​ - The Medical Director of Electrophysiology works in partnership with Physician and Administrative leadership to develop and execute strategies to improve care delivery and patient outcomes within the Electrophysiology Lab. - Responsible for jointly managing staff in the Electrophysiology Lab to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while meeting and/or exceeding service-level expectations from other clinical departments (e.g., processing times, number of readings, etc.) - Develop and maintain rotation schedule for Electrophysiology coverage and interpretations. - Participate in the development, evaluation and introduction of new equipment and research. - Develop and support budgetary requests for new equipment and personnel through the appropriate committees; ensure tha...
