An Emagine Team Member may be responsible for understanding one or all the below positions based on experience and business needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Free Movie Incentive - 401(k) - 401(k) matching Guest Service: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Educate guests about promotions, concessions, movies, and loyalty programs. - Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude. - Enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Box Office: - Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions to guests and accurately process cash/credit card transactions. - Promote and sell our loyalty program to every guest to enhance their Emagine experience.
