Summary The Coordinator - Community Service & Justice is a key member of the Ministry & Community Outreach team, organizing and coordinating major Days of Service for the university and supporting service-leadership that integrates reflection and justice for the betterment of students. This role serves as a resource and facilitator for the University to sustain a meaningful experience and ministerial culture of service, and is the facilitator for forming student leaders rooted in service. This role also oversees the Barry Urban Garden and the Environmental Leadership Experience as initiatives of service towards social and eco-justice and a reflection of the service and justice work of the Adrian Dominican Sisters. This position works with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the university’s core commitments. Essential Functions: Design, implement, and assess the FaithJustice Fellows Program: Oversee all logistic details for the program including promotion, recruitment, partnerships, fellow projects, and training.
