Job Summary: As a member of the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) Sales team, Regional Sales Associates are responsible for driving new business opportunities by prospecting, educating customers, and managing the entire sales process. You will work alongside positive, supportive team members to achieve team goals, and learn from our Regional Sales Managers by collaborating on large business deals all with the objective to transition to the Regional Sales Manager position Primary Responsibilities: Generate new business through outbound sales channels. Work directly with customers through the entire sales process to offer customized energy solutions. Deploy value-based selling approach by providing exceptional experiences through professional verbal and written communications. Focus on educating and building long term relationships with customers, no high-pressure sales. Plan and execute in-person sales meetings with prospective customers. Work with market aligned Regional Sales Managers to learn Outside Sales processes, generate leads, and close sales opportunities for large C&I customers.
