Position Summary The Program Administrator, Silver Student Experience supports the design coordination and execution of initiatives utilizing Silver's five core pillars that strengthen belonging, community life/engagement, and career readiness across co-curricular student experiences at the Silver School of Social Work. Reporting to the Director of Student Experience & Career Readiness, this role manages operational workflows and transition-based programming (e.g. Orientation, mid-point experiences, Graduation). The Program Administrator will collaborate across Silver and the University to ensure an integrated, student-centered experience aligned with social work values and CSWE competencies. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Higher Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields. Preferred Education: Master's Degree MSW, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, or related fields. Required Experience: 2+ years Experience in student support, project coordination, transition programming (orientation/graduation), and operational excellence.
