Role Specific Information Job Description: About the Role: As Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage the team and clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards. You will guide the team to meet Sephora at Kohl’s standards and ensure an excellent overall client experience.
