What You'll Be Doing: The Strategic Change Management (SCM) Specialist supports the planning and execution of change management activities for technology-driven initiatives across the enterprise. This role works closely with Stifel teams and project stakeholders to help ensure the people side of change, including communications, training, and adoption is effectively addressed. The Specialist role contributes to stakeholder analyses, develops change materials, tracks adoption metrics, and supports the overall success of technology transformations across Stifel operating models by helping employees understand, accept, and embrace new tools, systems, and ways of working.
