Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead the team at the luxurious Sandbourne Santa Monica, an Autograph Collection by Marriott. You will lead all aspects of pre-opening including budgets, timelines, OS&E/FF&E, and stakeholder alignment. You will partner with sales, revenue, and marketing to drive financial performance (P&L, NOI, EBITDA), and serve as the hotel’s ambassador to the community, tastemakers, and cultural leaders.
