Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Advisory Specialist to lead end-to-end client engagements, coordinating task allocation and delivering Professional Services across the full customer journey and enablement lifecycle. They partner with PS management, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to advise on best practices, perform QA on junior specialists’ work, and mentor new hires. The mandate is to drive adoption and reduce risk through proven delivery while continuously deepening expertise and developing targeted subject-matter specializations. The role is intensely technology-driven, consistently exceeding client expectations on deadlines and deliverables. It also executes and delivers managed services requests, operating as an expert in Diligent solutions and collaborating closely with internal teams to get the job done.
