POSITION SUMMARY: The Inventory Lead directs the logistics efforts of the distribution center and assists with loading/unloading product in the warehouse and performing other material handling operations as needed. - Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of our client’s inventory entrusted to us, by adhering to standard operating procedures and meeting physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations - Maximize capacity through reports and ODW’s warehouse management system - Operate material handling equipment to load/unload materials and move materials within the warehouse to pick orders and put product away - Perform root cause analysis for inventory issues found through cycle counting or replenishment problems - Train and develop employees on inventory processes, such as cycle count...
